HISTORY OF ADDIE JANE ORIGINALS:
Eva Hensley, the founder and owner of Addie Jane Originals, strives to provide excellent customer service and quality. We use the freshest flowers and plants on the market and bring original designs to her weddings.
Eva named her business in memory of her Aunt Addie and her mother, Jane. Both women were very different - her Aunt was an enterpreneur in the 1950s thru the 1970s in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She owned a bait shop along with a a duck decoy plant. An interesting business for a woman to own during that time frame, but Addie was very successful in her endeavor. Her mother, Jane, was a homemaker and raised six children and she enjoyed quilting, cooking and gardening. In addition to raising her own children, over the years she had many nieces, nephews and even neighbors that she would provide meals to and even a place to stay if they needed some additonal help.
Eva views Addie Jane Originals as a combination of both her aunt and mother's values and talents. We take pride in our work and our products.
